Prominently located in the heart of Toronto’s North Yonge Corridor, 5000 Yonge boasts approximately 542,000 square feet of office space and excellent access to nearby amenities and transit - including underground connection to North York Centre Subway Station. GWL Realty Advisors chose to partner with Villa Park Restoration in an effort to transform their main lobby.

Our goal was to restore the existing dull granite floor throughout the property into a bright, high-gloss surface without the need for costly replacement. To complete the restoration process, the existing old stained grout was to be replaced with new stain-resistant grout. As a result, the entire space is now brighter and adds a noticeable improvement and increased value to the entire building.
