Stephen Graham Monticolo
President and CEO
Our founding director holds a HBSc in Geology from the University of Toronto.
Stephen’s knowledge of stone extends beyond its surface to the origins of its natural formation, the geological conditions that created it and its unique mineral content. This understanding allows him to create the ideal process required to restore each stone to its most brilliant potential.
Away from work, Stephen enjoys spending time on fitness, community and family. His deep respect for the natural world has turned him into an avid outdoor enthusiast.
Gian Pietro Monticolo
Technical Advisor + COO
Gian Pietro (JP) Monticolo is widely regarded as the leading stone expert. His portfolio of notable work that spans more than half a century.
As Toronto was developing over the last half 50 years, JP was often the original installer of natural stone to some of the city’s most impressive buildings. As those surfaces aged and required upkeep and repair, he was the obvious choice to bring them back to life.
His reputation and acumen proceed him by way of close, longstanding industry relationships. He ensures all elements of each project are delivered and executed with precision.
